There Oughta be a Law: A WTF Moment at the Supreme Court

On Tuesday, the US Supreme Court heard arguments in the case of City of Onterio vs. Quon, involving privacy issues on city-issued cell phones. It wasn't pretty. This band of geriatric jurists may know its habeas from its corpus, but they are non compos mentis when it comes to the fundamentals of modern communication.
